Fram processing factory
EBK’s predecessor was a simple frame welding factory, established in 2017 with only a dozen workers and a few pieces of equipment. Leveraging years of industry experience, we have assembled a professional team comprised of R&D, manufacturing, and quality control specialists. Our core technical personnel possess over 10 years of industry experience, are proficient in frame design, material application, and process optimization, providing a solid talent guarantee for product quality. In terms of production capacity, the factory has introduced multiple automated production lines, integrating advanced equipment such as CNC cutting, precision bending, robotic welding, and painting, significantly improving production efficiency and product precision. Currently, the factory has an annual production capacity of hundreds of thousands of sets, flexibly adapting to the frame production needs of various vehicle types, including electric bicycles, electric motorcycles, and electric tricycles. It can meet both large-scale batch orders and personalized customization orders, achieving a perfect combination of flexible production and efficient delivery.
Vehicle factory
Due to the rapidly increasing demand for electric bicycles, we established an electric bicycle assembly plant in 2021. The plant covers 10,000 square meters and, based on our frame processing and assembly facilities, we have integrated high-quality component manufacturers covering the entire electric bicycle industry chain, from motors and electronic controls to tires and lights. We have established long-term and stable partnerships with these manufacturers, all of whom possess industry-leading capabilities, forming a complementary and synergistic development pattern to ensure that every component meets industry standards and quality requirements. Our assembly plant has 12 assembly lines with a daily output of over 5,000 units, ensuring a timely and stable supply of products.
Lithium battery factory
Due to surging customer demand for lithium batteries, we established a lithium battery factory in 2025, specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of lithium batteries for electric bicycles. We are a modern energy storage power manufacturer integrating cell packaging, module assembly, BMS protection system R&D, and finished product testing. Our factory is equipped with automated production lines and a full set of precision testing equipment. We rigorously select high-quality lithium battery cells, employing a multi-layered safety protection structure and intelligent management system, providing multiple protections against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, waterproofing, and shock resistance. Our products boast long cycle life, strong power, stable range, and resistance to cold and heat, making them fully compatible with all types of electric vehicles and electric motorcycles. We adhere to stringent quality control standards; each product undergoes aging tests, high and low temperature tests, and safety impact tests, ensuring compliant and stable quality. We support standard mass production as well as customized size and capacity R&D.
